Business Development Representative
Block360 is a B2B Fintech startup using peer to peer technologies to build next generation financial solutions which are easy to use, fast and accessible to everyone. We have developed solutions for Digital Payments, Machine to Machine Payments, Peer to Peer to Lending and Digital Assets Exchange. Our most of the clients are from Europe.
World is passing through a financial revolution. What the Internet has done to global communication, distributed technologies like Blockchain are doing the same with global transactions. Similar to .com startups in the 1990’s, today’s fintech startups have the same potential of growth.
This position will require the ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial fashion. To succeed in this role, a candidate must be highly motivated, focused on effective communication, and demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively about penetrating new markets and targeting new prospects. This is a high call volume sales role that will play a pivotal function in the development of new business. You will work to acquire business mainly from the US.
- Drive sales process from researching to closing leads
- Identify and cold-call C-level and other executive management contacts to initiate new sales opportunities across multiple industries
- Generate a minimum of 20 leads per month.
- Manage and maintain CRM.
- Create compelling value propositions aligned with prospect requirements
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to rapidly changing priorities when needed
- Create sales collateral from lead awareness to retention phase.
- Must have one year business development experience, with a proven ability to generate new business.
- Prior experience with outbound calls is important.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging phone presence.
- Strong ability to successfully secure appointments from lead-generating activities.
- Experience researching and quickly understanding a variety of industries, and initiating relationships with executive-level management.
